Evergreen Program Success
Lucidea’s Evergreen Program delivers an upgrade path that allows users of their classic Library, Archival, KM, and Museum products to retain the value of their investment and take advantage of the power, features, benefits and innovations of Lucidea’s latest solutions, including SydneyEnterprise, GeniePlus, Presto, ArchivEra, and Argus. The Evergreen Program allows Lucidea to provide global clients of all sizes and budgets with the most advanced ILS, KM, and Collections Management applications available. During the past year, 25 clients with “classic” Lucidea products such as DB/TextWorks and Genie have successfully migrated to Lucidea’s newest, Web-based solutions. Choosing an Evergreen upgrade path ensures access to the most current and advanced features, user interface, security, and functionality—and allows clients to manage technology compatibility proactively.

With the continued trend toward remote work and virtual access, the surge of interest in Lucidea’s software across the portfolio remains unabated, due to the increasing requirement to put collections online.

Lucidea’s ILS, KM, and CMS solutions were highlighted in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia, at events including those produced by NCNC, CIMA, SCA, OMA, MAM, MAAM, BCMA, CALL, SLA, and Museums+Heritage.
Awards and Partnerships
Lucidea’s UK-based affiliate, Bailey Solutions, won the 2022 BIALL Supplier of the Year Award. Per BIALL, the aim of the Supplier of the Year award is to reward outstanding best practice by a supplier or a publisher in the field of legal information.
Also in 2022, Lucidea became a proud Spectrum Partner whilst seeking compliance with its Standard and Procedures. Offered by the Collections Trust, Spectrum is the UK collection management standard used by museums and other collections-based organisations around the world.
